Good but could be Great

Pros

-friendly work environment -laid back -managers try and help the best they can -chairs are comfy -clothes are provided -Christmas Party -benefits for full time employees -lunch provided on Saturdays

Cons

-quite a bit of busy work -company not as efficient as it could be ex. having to put the same information multiple times -reduced gym memberships only apply to the employee -job seems to have little fulfillment personally

long work hours and long saturdays. Spend more time at work than home :(
