Pros

CarSense is always looking out for both employees and customers. It really is a true joy to walk into work everyday. We have the best team in the industry. And when it gets crazy with selling season, they make sure to break up the hard work with play. For instance, just last week they took us paintballing! Thank you CarSense for all you do!!

Cons

We put in some long hours, but that's the nature of the business and they make sure you are taken care of.

I can honestly say that Carsense is an amazing company to work for. I just moved into a new position in the finance department and I absolutely love it! Everyone has been so supportive and patient with me. Co-workers truly become family and treat each other with kindness and respect. Coming to work everyday is enjoyable and there is a perfect balance between work and fun. Managers are encouraging and help you to not only reach your goals, but exceed them. I love this company and everything it stands for.

Pros

Great environment to work in, positive attitudes, great pay compensation, base pay is a great start when getting your feet wet. I see myself at this company for a long time.

Cons

Dealing with the public can always be tough, you need to have a strong back bone when first starting out in the business. But really nothing that the employees won't help you with to adapt to the flow of things overtime.
