Pros
1. Never a dull moment. This is a fast paced environment to work in. No chance of getting bored here.
2. Friendly coworkers. From the folks you work with and the managers you problem solve with. Even the V.P's are down to earth, friendly, and genuine. Everyone cares a great deal about each other here. Truly refreshing from other places I have worked.
3. Awesome rewards for problem solving and ideas. This has to be one of my favorite reasons to work here. I feel like a real member of the team and my ideas are taken seriously and implemented. That is an awesome feeling and drives me to come up with more ideas.
4. Fun stuff. On top a the friendly, energetic and rewarding staff, are the luncheons, fun day activities, and Christmas parties.
