I appreciate your feedback. It's not every day we receive a review like the one you left. I am really concerned that the sales team in Chester Springs is not receiving the actual data. Since opening Glen Mills, our leads have gone up in Chester Springs, not down as you stated. Additionally, Chester Springs now has almost 800 vehicles to offer our customers because of the opening of Glen Mills. They normally have 500, but the 300 vehicles available in Glen Mills has equated to more available inventory that we as a company can offer the public. I would like to better understand the micromanaging that you referenced. It%E2%80%99s not how CarSense manages and if it%E2%80%99s going on, I would like more info. Please drop me an email or stop by so we can discuss it further. I get sales. Sometimes there are good months and sometimes there are bad months. To say the %E2%80%9CCulture is changing for the worse week by week%E2%80%9D is a huge statement. I implore you to connect with me so we can properly address these concerns. We can%E2%80%99t correct something if we do not know exactly what it is or where its coming from. Great post, thank you. We do Go..go..go.. around here, that's for sure. It makes the day go by quicker I'm told... We value all our associates - they are our number one concern. We do all the extra things you mentioned to show we care. Some companies say they care, we like to think we show it everyday. Thanks again.
