Pros

Good benefits, a good amount of time off. Fun people to work with.

Cons

Pay is not market value, as they state. Haven’t gotten a raise in the time I’ve been there. Cars are also horrible.

Pros

The vacation and time off allowance is the BEST offering.

Cons

All is process driven sending text messages to appointments, data is about sending messages and updating rigid steps. Customer interactions are tough based on the cars having issues 80% of the time. Sales absorbs all of the pressure to make it right. It’s unnecessarily stressful. If they just reconditioned cars to meet customer standards instead of CarMax standards it would be a more pleasant place.
