Pros

Good Pay, Easy work, ok benefits.

Cons

Terrible managers, contradicting standards for vehicles, very cheap when building vehicles, managers will pass major defects instead of painting cars, no room for advancement, too much work given to select people, lazy co-workers, disrespectful sales associates. Quick to discipline associates, not so quick to praise them, telling associates they will be promoted when they actually aren't, facilities are in bad shape.

Pros

Great company back when I started 10 years or so ago. Fun, exciting, great training, good compensation.

Cons

The company got too big, once this happened it went straight to micro management and you becoming a number instead of a person. It was great while it lasted to say the least.

Pros

Fortune 100 Best Place to Work. I smile all the time there and mean it. It is a great place to work and I really enjoy it so far. I am in the training stage and from what the other employees say, if you follow their plan, it will work for you, so I plan on doing just that. This is totally new for me and I don't mind the hard work and long hours if it is for the right company, and I think this is the right company. I figured I will never know or grow if I don't branch out and do something different, what better way to start than with a company that focuses on honesty and integrity? They give you paid training for a month and you have a mentor which is great. My interview was 4 hours long and very in-depth. Be honest and they are honest with you.

Cons

No cons, so far, but if you don't like long hours or working weekends, stay away. Oh, and you only get one free shirt (it's Jan and I had to get a short sleeve shirt!), the rest you have to buy yourself.
