"The way car buying should be." No haggle and plenty of customers to assist.

some inventory challenges, less than premium cars.

Pros

The community get a great quality product. The training to serve the community is very detailed. Great teamwork spirit in the workplace.

Cons

To much fucus on saving cost that is negatively impacting the quality of the product. The focus on waste reduction is negatively impacting the moral of the associates. The after sales service experience has become a battle with the consumer.
