Pros

Good co-workers, casual attire, flexibility of schedule, decent compensation.

Cons

Senior managers are a joke, LGM's have no backbone, strong Good Ole Boy network which is the only way to get ahead. Central & Nashville regions are inept & I can't decide on which one is worse. Come to think of it, it is probably the Nashville region because the regionals will visit your store and rarely utter a word to the team.

Pros

Fun work environment, casual dress, high quality people, great process. Very customer-centric vehicle selection and finance process. Excellent extended service product to sell.

Cons

Extremely politically correct, all references to your faith were discouraged. They say they have an open door policy but if you use the door bad things start happening to you.
