Pros

Great advertising drives steady customer traffic. Improved focus past year on customer satisfaction and product quality.

Cons

Low commision rates require you to hustle and see as many customers as possible. Redundant training whether you need it or not.

Friendly environment, great co workers

Cons

VERY low commission on vehicles especially when most of your customers are the ones who couldn't get approved at traditional dealers. Management all go by different rules so you have to play politics. When it is slow the you are just out of luck. Benefits are not great but this company will fool you at first and have you thinking they are great to work for.
