Pros

Great training, excellent benefits, opportunity to work in many locations and grow within the company. Very diverse team. Good infrastructure

Cons

Schedule can cometimes be an issue, many days working until 9pm, some management lacking professionalism, made it very hard to focus on work

Pros

Everyday presents new customers to deal with, decent benefits

Cons

Awful scheduling with no say in days off unless in "Presidents Club" which could take a year or more to get, All control is in the managers hands, Getting time off can be like pulling teeth and often times it will only be aproveed if you have good standing with the managers, the worst of it has to be the pressure to always be closing....Sure it is a low pressure environment but if you fall below expectations which are already too high you will hate your life.
