Pros
They said, it feels like home to work with Carmax. TRUE. They said, they give a lot of incentives and gift cards at Carmax. VERY TRUE. They said you have the opportunity to grow. VERY TRUE. I got two promotions within 11 months of working with Carmax Auto Finance and they were less than 6 months apart and obviously the promotions mean pay increase. Most importantly, the people at Carmax are absolutely awesome to work with. I feel blessed.
Cons
For me the only issues, at the moment, would be not being able to see colleagues for so long due to Covid. As we now work remote, (though a blessing due to the importance of employee safety) i miss my friends, bosses and the food we get at work.lol.
