Required to work some weekends and late hours.

I was brought on as work from home with no initial indicator that it was a hybrid role. I had to commute to kennesaw (1hr+ in Atlanta traffic) for 2 months for in person training before they handed us our equipment and sent us home to work; only to turn around and tell us we'd be returning to work onsite in a month. Not what i signed up for or was available to do at that time. Also its a call center with all the stress and metrics and irate customers that come with that.
