Pros
I have been working at Carmax for one year and a month. My work/life balance is substantial. I really appreciate Carmax in whole. I work a hybrid schedule which really allows me to be present at home more. So much room for advancement. Pay is good.
Cons
The only thing I can say is the PTO. I received only 8 hours after working at Carmax for a year.
