Pros
Cambly is very flexible. You can choose how many hours you want to work, and when. You can take priority hours (where you have to go online), just go on when you want to (and see who calls you), open spaces for students to make a reservation with you, or any combination of the above. You can work on Cambly from the comfort of your own home, or any other place that fits the tutoring requirements. You can tutor the way that suits you best - no real format to follow. They pay you weekly. They are always trying to improve the system, and have made positive changes over the years.
Cons
Cambly doesn't pay a lot (bottom-line minimum wage). If there are connection issues, there is really not much you can do at the moment you are having problems, and the support team is often slow in getting back to you.
