Pros
I have been with Cambly for almost 3 years full time. I only have conversations with students. I do not teach or prepare lessons which is the beauty of Cambly. You get to help people in many ways - not just practicing their English. but also preparing for life changes or helping through a difficult life stage (sometimes I'm more of a therapist, but I don't mind). You are essentially a contractor to Cambly so you make your own hours and work as little or as much as you like, whenever you like. You can work anywhere in the world as long as your internet is high speed. Pay day is always always on time. Cambly has never skipped a beat. Mostly the support staff assist where there are issues and they are always, always polite!
Cons
The platform needs some attention or the server needs to be enlarged, sometimes it's buggy. No show students or late cancellations are not compensated under certain circumstances. Pay rate could be a little higher (even 50c or $1 would make a huge difference to weekly earnings).
