      Great job, very flexible and the pay is reasonable, depending on where you live.

      Pros

      Work whenever want, the hours you want. Opportunity to learn about different cultures, while speaking to people from around the world. Pay is punctual (never had a problem). The staff responds to emails in an adequate amount of time.

      Cons

      Their may be some down time during hours of work. It takes a few weeks to get going. Their will be some connection issues from time to time.

      Pros

      You get to work in the comfort of your own home. You get to meet so many wonderful students and you learn about their cultures and backgrounds. You can schedule your working hours. You don't work under pressure. It's been an amazing experience for me to work for Cambly.

      Cons

      Working online can be challenging when you have internet outages or technical problems, so you need to have good internet server. Some students can be disrespectful but Cambly has provided options for tutors to deal with them and to report these students.

      Pros

      Pays on time, flexible, no penalties, if you get blocked you always have the chance to work on demand. Use all the approaches methods and techniques available in the book. No closed curriculum. It is the best company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Sometimes the software freezes or the interface is slow.
