My office at least had heat and air conditioning. Decent benefits.

Cons

Too much work not enough pay. Disrespected and treated less than human by middle management. The company won’t buy necessary, tools and equipment. The schedule isn’t adjusted when there aren’t enough employees to handle the workload. You are treated as if you’re not doing your job just because they can’t hire more people. Several locations affected, and regional managers do absolutely nothing about it. Can’t wait to get out!

Culture > Compensation Time off from family on most weekends & holidays. Technicians can earn a pizza bonus. Free weight loss program - No lunch breaks for technicians to eat pizza. If you work very hard, you can earn lots of money for leadership. Headquarters is a beautiful ivory tower.

Cons

Bonus pizza eaten by office staff & detailers.
