Pros

None that come to mind

Cons

I dedicated my heart body and soul to Caliber Collision and they ended up treating me like trash. I quite after they wrote me up and threatened my job for not hitting their impossible sales plan based on the lack of body techs. I walked away without a word after several years. Now, they are telling their Teammates that want to leave and work with me that they are buying the company that I work for so they can fire me. I gave up a lot to walk away from the nonsense at Caliber but it just does not STOP! It's not enough that they pushed me out of the company, and cost me my future. They are trying to ruin the rest of what I worked for my entire life.

Good money, high volume

Pros

Good money overall, plenty of year round work. Good corporate core values.

Cons

Lower flat rate than competitors, high volume(stressful). Great corporate core values don’t seem to make it down to the shop level consistently.
