Pros

It's a large company that has numerous accounts with insurance and vendors. If you are a skilled person they will work with you.

Cons

Management, the company thinks they can train anyone into what is ideal for the shop. Job designation technicians, service writers, customer service reps, and detainers, are all doing jobs that aren't what they are supposed to be doing. Such as body and paint techs having to put supply orders in and making sure they stay within the budget allowed for materials. Service writers having to close there own files. Promises raises and never delivers, assures you of potential to move up. Hires football coaches and expects them to run and manage a $200,000 store. Lack of equipment, have broken machines and equipment, and doesn't get it fixed because they are worried about there GP and how it affects the shop. The list can go on and on.

Pros

Aside from the cons, I did meet some great people in the company. Company presents themselves well in interviews.

Cons

Outdated work schedule: 7:30 - 5:30 = 45 hour work week, pay not commensurate with experience or region, misleading description of position, no support from any level of management, no interest in employee input, high employee turnover, no interest in retaining good employees, poor benefits, hideous uniform policy, driving out local small businesses, driving down industry standards of pay. Final pay is issued on a card which has fees to use instead of your normal direct deposit.

Pros

Overtime when an hourly employee

Cons

Huge Turnover in employees, Managers put sales goals over customer quality and satisfaction, long hours, never promote from my region, unrealistic expectations, micromanage you with a hundred reports and spreadsheets telling you how rank and compare you on a daily basis to everyone in the city, every employee is miserable unless they are upper management. So desperately money driven it only gets worse with time.
