Pros

• Industry experience: You’re building solid experience in automotive collision/repair, which can open doors to better-paying roles at other shops or corporate positions. • Structured role: Office Administrators often gain organizational, customer service, and insurance coordination skills that transfer well to other jobs. • Steady schedule: Most Caliber shops run on predictable weekday hours, which gives stability compared to jobs with changing shifts. • Company size: Caliber is a large national chain, so there’s room to transfer, network, or move up if you want. • Benefits potential: Depending on your location, some positions include health benefits, 401k, and PTO.

Cons

• High turnover rate: Constant new hires can make it stressful, with poor consistency in management and team culture. • Pay inequality: Finding out others with the same job title make more is demoralizing and can make you feel undervalued. • Limited raises: Pay increases are often slow or not transparent, which can stunt long-term earning potential. • Workload stress: With turnover, you may end up covering extra responsibilities without extra pay. • Management inconsistency: Some shops have strong leaders, but others struggle with communication, accountability, or fairness. • No perks like gym discounts, bonuses, or wellness support: Unlike some companies, it sounds like you’re not getting those extras that could help offset job stress. • Burnout risk: Long hours + customer service stress + pay gaps = easy recipe for burnout.

Pros

None. This company is so top heavy that is takes away from the people who really do the work. None of the upper level care about the employees. It's all about money. The company used to be so wonderful. But starting 2 yrs ago it has gone down tremendously.

Cons

HORRIBLE managers at the corp level in the Teammate Services dept. The current manager is verbally abusive and the HRBP are aware and Do NOT care.
