Pros

For an employee unfortunately there is not much I can say. However, for consumers they have essentially in their respective markets become the Walmart of Collision Care. Unfortunately the way this company is run is that the bottom line is all that matters. Although they do have a much healthier financial postion than in the past it is a terrible environment to work in.

Cons

Excessive turnover of employees and absolutely no loyalty to their employees whatsoever this is due to a militia style management team that took the company over several years ago. Although they did do a miraculous job in keeping the company from going bankrupt they pillaged and burned through any and every decent employee they had. It was made clear by the president of the company and at least two management meetings his only obligation was to "stockholders" and "nothing to employees and he was not there to make friends". That pretty much set the tone for the company that exists to this day.

Pros

This was hands down the best place I EVER worked. They understood work life balance, the job was fun, but hard and you could work without corporate down your throat.

Cons

I worked there long enough to see the change from the public sale of the company. It turned from supporting the employees and seeing them as humans - to as soon as corporates greedy hands got a hold they tightened the rope making it way more difficult than it needed to be. My GM was a God send. Upper, upper management is all about who you know. Also not sure why the CEO came from Pfizer. - but the greed tracks.
