Pros

Benefits from day one Vacation earning from day one

Cons

They like to run shops rather thin. It’s not important for them to hire replacements when someone leaves or gets fired. Since it is a larger company I don’t feel you get noticed for hard work and going above and beyond. It’s just expected.
