Pros

They have team building and enrichment activities every Friday which is good for morale within the corporate office. Management is approachable and eager to listen. The company as a whole foes a lot of giving back to the community. Whether it be feeding less fortunate families, assisting with hurricane recovery, or ensuring our veterans have jobs (Just to name a few).

Cons

This is a job, not a career. There is little to no growth within the company. The promotions that do occur are very difficult to come by. Your responsibilities may increase but the pay rate will not.

Pros

It’s a job. That’s about it

Cons

Terrible process No money to be made as advisor unless 50k a year is your goal at 55 hours a week and high stress. Promise the world and deliver an acre.
