Pros

Insurance from day 1, good 401k

Cons

I heard great things about the company and decided to jump over when they entered the South Florida market. Turnover is insane! You won’t get a chance to remember anyone’s name, from the front desk to regional management. Do not work here if you have any experience in the industry, If you don’t drink the “koolaide” you will be pushed out.
