Good place to work

Pros

The people are wonderful and everyone is pitching in to help. Everyone is cheerful and happy to be at work. New HQ building is extremely nice. There is a cafeteria on-site as well as a gym.

Cons

Vacation in only two weeks for first 3 years. There needs to be a recognition that you can always work for more money and find another job but TIME is the one thing no one can get back and is just as valuable as a good salary. Give employees 3 weeks. It won't break the company or slow things down. You will also be more in line with other companies in today's environment and the DFW area.

Pros

The Caliber culture is upbeat and supportive-- everyone is welcoming and truly cares about one another. The best company culture I have worked in to-date. Operationally speaking, the company embraces the purpose and core values in all interactions. Both teammates and customers are equally important within this company— as a teammate, I have never felt like just another “number” … like I have in past companies and the teammates genuinely care about our customers. Caliber Collision values the development of teammates and makes a substantial investment annually to ensure opportunities are present. With the continual growth of the company, there are also quite a few career advancement opportunities for those that work hard and prove themselves.

Cons

Caliber is growing at such a fast rate that not all processes and/or positions are in place—this does cause some growing pains in some areas of the business. However, I’d rather be the leading company in the automotive industry and have growing pains, than work for an organization that is stagnant.
