Culture is outstanding, and working at CSCS is an awesome environment. Everyone is very respectful and builds each other up

Cons

2 weeks of vacation per year is tough. That’s far less than other companies our size. Also healthcare is extremely expense, more than 3 times what I was paying at my last job. These two reasons may be enough to overlook the good things and work somewhere else.
