Pros

The Caliber culture is upbeat and supportive-- everyone is welcoming and truly cares about one another. The best company culture I have worked in to-date. Operationally speaking, the company embraces the purpose and core values in all interactions. Both teammates and customers are equally important within this company— as a teammate, I have never felt like just another “number” … like I have in past companies and the teammates genuinely care about our customers. Caliber Collision values the development of teammates and makes a substantial investment annually to ensure opportunities are present. With the continual growth of the company, there are also quite a few career advancement opportunities for those that work hard and prove themselves.

Cons

Caliber is growing at such a fast rate that not all processes and/or positions are in place—this does cause some growing pains in some areas of the business. However, I’d rather be the leading company in the automotive industry and have growing pains, than work for an organization that is stagnant.

Pros

Benefits are good. Some effort for consistency. I like staying busy and there is almost always something to do. Some people are nice.

Cons

I really wanted to like this company. It’s very corporate. It’s very involved. There is a lot of micromanagement. People really do act like they’re your friends and they are absolutely not. It’s hard to work somewhere for so much of your time where you truly can’t let your guard down or get too close. Everyone talks between shops, centers, regions, etc. There’s a lot of gossip throughout the company and even if you don’t think it goes somewhere, it does. It doesn’t matter if you are good at your job or a good person because they don’t care about that here. You can be entirely awful to people here and keep your job for years! I suppose that con is actually a pro because it makes it very difficult for someone to actually get fired from this company.
