Pros

One of the best paying jobs without the need for a college degree. There are opportunities for growth within the company. Training has improved since I first begun at Caliber. They offer healthcare from day 1, they offer many other benefits that they never offered before. The company over-all does seem to care more about their employees.

Cons

Long work hours, and I mean it. It's challenging to meet them honestly. Nothing really that can be done about that though, it's the hours of the shop. Customer's need us to be available longer hours.
