-They offer benefits -Direct deposit -holiday dinners

Cons

The center I was put in is very unprofessional the start pay is what you can make at McDonald's they say that they will give you raises every 3 months but they don't they tell you to be patient but once you make a mistake they use it as an excuse to not give you the raise. Also painters have way too much control and power over the preppers wage. They go home with a lot of money and cannot pay their workers a decent wage . you are better off working at a restaurant

They really pay attention to training, good support from management good benefits high expectations on work. High focus on quality and customer service

Cons

Long hours pay is low for expectations not very clear on how to obtain set bonuses, a lot of reports to go through. Continually adding more duties to job but not adding pay compensation

-Long hours -Poor management - Bad customer service - Bad workmanship -Lack of care for customers or employees -Day's without breaks -Bad pay/ underpaid - Unskilled/ unknowledgeable management -No room for growth -They put too much task/ responsibilities on one person and give others almost none
