Pros

If you can prove your value vs others around you, you can get $$$, the company has grown to fast to quickly and has a lot of “bodies” in positions they’re not qualified for.

Cons

Lack of support. High turn over rate. Some very good and knowledgeable people, but less than more. Even within management you’ll find certain people have friends and look out for them.

Pros

Get paid weekly! That's a bonus. Teamwork, family, fun, gratification, they give you chances to improve yourself instead of the just firing you. It is very hard to get fired from this job. This company goes out of its way to work with you. The relief and happiness the customer shows when they receive their car. The company is growing and is considered the top-rated above all other collision auto repair shops. Commaderie with everyone is very good.

Cons

Underpaid and Overworked! The impression is that money is so tight you can't do anything. Lack of training in all departments. Technicians do as they please, center managers with inflated egos. It's a growing company with growing pains. Training is definitely needed in all departments and must continue to do weekly training. Reoccuring customers responsible for damaging their vehicles asking for favors while being hostile to staff. Customers who are insensitive and overbearing.
