Pros

Good pay and benefits, decent PTO and sick leave.

Cons

Talks a lot about being a family and team ect. But as soon as the pressure is on they fold.

Pros

There is nothing good to say about Caliber Collision.

Cons

The just laid off so many of their loyal employees even some that have been there 20+ years. I worked as a service advisor and left happily last year to take a big pay cut to better my well being. It caused my family and I so much stress to work there. However, they just closed down there academy that my sister and many long time employees that worked there, leaving them no where to go. Not to mention all the Veterans that can no longer take their classes to help them transition from being a solider to being a civilian. I thought Caliber was at least better than that, but I was wrong. I would never recommend anyone to ever work here.

Pros

Great pay if you work hard

Cons

Yes this is a good ole boys club. Or as I like to call it. The cigar club. Work hard. Your only as good as your last month. Once a target is on you. Your out. No advancement for the outer society. Good luck unless you run, smoke cigars, or really good friends from start.
