Pros

There are no pros that I can think of. They only probably have the advantage of being in proximity to home. So going to work is easy

Cons

From an employee standpoint, all I can say is that they absolutely do not care about their employees at all. The turnover is ridiculous, their method of management is not geared towards building and maintaining employees that will produce. They view the customer as the insurance company. That is wrong. The customer is the person dropping off the car. They do not care about fixing a car correctly. All they care about is saving the insurance company money by using parts made in china, junk yard parts etc. Thier technician base is low. Low skilled techs.

Pros

Great leaders, good compensation and benefits package, friendly staff, almost everyone always had a good attitude and willingness to assist.

Cons

Very lean corporate support, not enough employees for the amount of centers. HR Leadership doesn't have HR experience.

Pros

Laid back environment when it came to building relationships with the team

Cons

Pay, work life balance, expectations, false promises made to employees. My manager gave my position away when I went off to active duty, when I came back he offered me lower pay and to relocate to another location adding 45 min to my drive. Toxic leadership... A lot of politics... Low pay...expect to put 50-60 hours in a week.. And don't expect to be treated fairly. Senior writers get the best accounts while junior writers get to starve and get eaten alive.
