Pros

None at this time. The company did not provide sick time or PTO.

Cons

Did not provide proper training for position. And as a female I was discriminated against and sexually harassed. No discipline was provided and I had to resign my position due to the other managers and corporate office.

Pros

Very structured yet Enough Freedom to cater to your individual personality Good benefits Competitive pay Promote from within. Lots of checks and balances They want you to succeed and are growing very rapidly; always opening up new opportunities to move up in the company if you are willing to put the work in and relocate if need be. They recognize hard work. They push for a team atmosphere

Cons

Not had a lot of progress in trying/experimenting new ideas on a local shop level. Management can sometimes micromanage but if you keep up with your responsibilities it usually stays to a minimum.

Pros

Aside from the cons, I did meet some great people in the company. Company presents themselves well in interviews.

Cons

Outdated work schedule: 7:30 - 5:30 = 45 hour work week, pay not commensurate with experience or region, misleading description of position, no support from any level of management, no interest in employee input, high employee turnover, no interest in retaining good employees, poor benefits, hideous uniform policy, driving out local small businesses, driving down industry standards of pay. Final pay is issued on a card which has fees to use instead of your normal direct deposit.
