Pros

feels like i've been punished since i started and funny because we're making money since I started. constant gaslighting, high school culture, old boys club. competence isn't appreciated, its utterly exploited. If you are friends with the right people though, you can just show up and socialize and not face any of the penalties less popular hard working people do. They definitely do play games to make individuals who arent a culture fit quit. When you say you want to quit and there's no one to replace you, they will pretend you are valued.

Cons

um i'd be the 4th person to leave if I go since i started less than a year ago. People are constantly out sick and they'll pretend they have no clue why it's all such a disaster

Pros

Some good people. Benefits. 401k

Cons

Over a decade of experience in shops. First corporate to work for worst experience a high-school environment. Careful where you tread.. Favoritism in management and employees. Chain of command is a lie. Family concept out the window. Lack of professional maturity. Lack of boundaries. Zero trust. Narcissism gossip culture suppression. Gaslighting. H.r is not for the people it is for the company. Flat rate is a sham to hire more to pay less becareful.

Pros

Large company provides good benefits and job security.

Cons

You become a bit of a number, and your experience there will not be a positive one if the regional managers and VPs in your market are poor leaders. Bit of a micromanaging atmosphere.
