Pros

Benefits day 1, 401k is decent compared to competitors.

Cons

Training is non existent for all positions in the Center. GM forced to be trainer for all. Huge lack of transparency in comp plans and teammates are consistently mislead to believe pay is already at capacity for position. Favoritism is evident in the markets. Operational consistency is completely lost and the message from one market to the next is inconsistent. Current leadership is leading the company towards a cliff and they seem to be completely blind or too proud to see it. Most of the centers are old and at various stages of failure and require significant upkeep just to run. Leadership is only focused on building new stores on every corner. Repair quality is sub par at most locations and while there is a team of trained professionals that routinely inspect vehicles to combat this their guidance is frequently overridden by regional managers who don’t want to do the right thing because the cost is tied to their comp plan.

Pros

Sometimes you get some great teammates in the actual shop that care and are great to work with but that comes with almost any job.

Cons

Low pay, no opportunity for raises, no opportunity for growth, upper management will single you out just because they have “at will hiring”, long hours with no job satisfaction

Pros

Can meet some amazing individuals Friday breakfast

Cons

100% in office, with no remote opportunity (old school leadership) High turnover Low pay Extreme all around bias at play with promotions Lack of diversity in highest levels of leadership (Pretty much all white Males, lack female or diversity in race at the top) Low pay (compared to market) Only managers and above bonus and have options at stock (should tell you all you need to know) As lower-level employee (outside of management), your easily replaceable, that’s their model If you leave, you’ll find they don’t hold true to the promise of paying out vested PTO, requiring you to chase that down, as well as vested 401k employee match. They will try to short you and you’ll need to stay on top of that when you leave.
