Pros

I cannot even come up with one good reason

Cons

Oh my goodness…. Very misleading job title and duties. They lure you with these promising work from jobs and suck the life out of you. When I was first hired I applied for a 9AM to 5:00PM est shift. It wasn’t until I was done with training that I was told by my new supervisor sorry we don’t have that time shift available we’re looking for mid day shifts.! Training was 5 weeks in total and no where near prepares you what you will do daily. Against my better judgment i stayed thinking you know what maybe I give this job a chance…. Wrong. It’s metrics based so what they don’t tell you is everything and I mean everything is being timed. As a bv rep level 1 I wasn’t aware of the amount of touches management wanted daily; 8 closures, 26 touches, idle and Lock Screen time after four months going in this position. When my supervisor had the time to set aside a heart to heart is what they call it when you first hit production floor. All calls are audited, all accounts you touched are audited . They require everyone to be on phone rotation. It’s a call center in disguise. They have a bv help chat which is nothing but asking questions but even that chat is filled with senior reps who do nothing more than reference pages on where you can find your answers in this webpage they call “The source” which was written by management on how to handle accts and so forth. Changes weekly with no training. But they consider scheduling side by side observations as training. Management plays favoritism. If you work more accounts I was told by a rep on our team management will consider not having you on phones. What? They only care about production and numbers that’s it. Lastly you will end up doing what more than what they tell you on the job description for very little pay. I quit couldn’t do it anymore.

Pros

No pros noted. Not a good company to work for.

Cons

Horrible toxic work environment. CVS does not care about their employees. Zero work life balance. Kept taking benefits away every year. Little to no pay raise annually. Company that always does the best for the business at the expense of its employees

Pros

Salary, remote work, and equipment provided. The supervisors were helpful and didn't make me feel I was bothering them.

Cons

Two 15 min breaks and one 30 min break. If you go over that time you'll be out of adherence. The training was okay but needed a lot of improvement. I felt like we were thrown to the sharks when we started on phone calls. A lot of us were still lost. And over time, Wow! Every week overtime!
