Pros

Swanky Crisil House HQ. Some colleagues are friendly and supportive, creating a positive work environment on an individual level.

Cons

Favoritism and groupism are rampant, promotions and opportunities often go to those within certain cliques rather than based on merit. The work culture feels outdated and bureaucratic, resembling a government-style operation where innovation and initiative are stifled. Leadership appears clueless about the challenges faced by employees and has failed to inspire or motivate teams; there is a significant power struggle within management that trickles down and affects morale. With an average employee tenure of 10-15 years, it's clear that there's little room for growth or advancement, which leads to stagnation both personally and professionally.

Pros

1. They may hire you with a good package 2. You will be happy if client is happy

Cons

0. No job security. 1. No governance and grip to the client level. They just hire you and handover to client. 2. If something goes wrong, no buddy will be there to support you. 3. CRISIL other team mates even don't support you in anything. 4. You may feel you are working for some secrete service, very limited scop or group of people you will interact with you. I have thousand words to say but don't even want to think on it again. Worse experience.

Pros

Work Life balance I would say as the company allowed WFH.

Cons

They are hiring Full Time employees for short-term project requirements and when the project ends management asks them to resign. It's not about one or two persons I saw the whole team was asked to resign and that too strategically asked one employee every day from the team to resign. Initially, management used to say if the project ended they will internalize us to other teams, and now the project is ending so they are saying our experience does not match the requirements, the only concern is our profile was not suitable for those roles from day one but management kept on lying.
