      No work.Most of time on bench

      Cons

      They hire for the project of short duration then fire as they dont have visibility for more than a year. Work they offer is to manipulate resume for client for the skill set thet dont have There is a huge gap between JD and work you are assigned. They give false promises to employees as well as client. HR is puppet of management. No infrastructure to support good project. Not even high bandwidth internet
