      Only good place to work for ADs and Directors

      Cons

      - Losing clients and business every year - Bad in business development, relying only on old clients - ADs and managers are not well trained, neither they have capabilities to lead teams - ADs and managers are very much in comfort zone to think about new business ideas or innovation

      Worst company to work for. In my whole experience I came across the worst Management people. If you really want to built your career than never ever join this company.

      No good for off-role employees

      Pros

      Infrastructure is good, office feels premium, all other facilities are good. Parking space is easily available and working is not monitored for sales team. No attendance system & no on time arrival system.

      Cons

      Being in sales team here is a waste of time. First of all sales team is on the payroll of Randstad which claims to be the global recruiter however it lack behind in it's reputation. Post resign sales team end up following up for Full n Final & Experience letter. FnF amount is badly miscalculated & experience letter is made with utmost carelessness. I received the Experience letter with false dates of tenure mentioned. FnF amount was reduced to half without any reason.
