Good for starting, no progression.

Pros

Amazing, friendly employees. Always up for social events. Not quite in the centre so easy to get to and in a nice location. Great as a first base job.

Cons

Poor Pay, No real job progression opportunity. Lack of any real benefits for employees. Upper levels of management quite distant.

Supportive staff who go out of their way to help one another and clients in an atmosphere of excellence in research and operational efficiency

Cons

I can't think of any! Perhaps the temperature int eh office could have been better but it has been put right now

-friendly, international colleagues -flexible working arrangements: working from home often a possibility -decent pay, though could be better -mindfulness sessions -gym membership contributions

Cons

-because it is a relatively small business, can often get overloaded with lots of small projects, and not really be focused on one set of coherent responsibilities.
