      Pros

      People are nice. Work is manageable. CEOs really try and make everyone’s time more comfortable. Great place to learn new skills at your own pace. Weekly updates on company and companies plans, keeps employees in the loop. Overall good place to work

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average. Causes people to leave. No incentive to work harder

Regarding your comment on salary and incentives, we have been carrying out a reassessment of salary levels across the board and based on this work we have started the process of leveling up. We also implemented new policies for training in order for people to be able to work and develop new areas of interest and skills.       - CONTEXT cares about people, many of whom have been with the company for many years - The company is well respected for its integrity in the technology industry which it has served for the last 35 years - The future is attractive as new innovative research methodologies are developed

      - We do not see enough of our colleagues who work abroad, but the company is working on that

      - Work-Life balance culture is promoted by the company, and it makes a great place to work. - Good environment to learn and enhance your skills. - Great colleagues and people are always willing to help. - Good Benefits (medical and dental cover, up to 30 days of annual leave depending on the length of service, pension scheme, work from home flexibility, flexible start time etc.)

      - Salary not in line with market rates.
