From this review, I understand that there was not enough training in or use of more complex tools, and that the job was not stimulating enough for you. Furthermore, you believe the title was not a good representation of the role and the salary did not reflect your experience. Currently, our team is investing in training resources that can be used by everyone at CONTEXT, either in conjunction with the one's specific role, or as extra personal development. We hope that with the use of this training, delivered by both internal and external resources, CONTEXT members would feel they are advancing their skillset and have the ability to contribute to the improvement of current processes at CONTEXT. We have also been working on increasing salaries due to the increased cost of living. Furthermore, we have invested in training opportunities, both internal and external, to encourage personal development for everyone who works at CONTEXT. We have also introduced holiday schemes which increase the number of days, dependant on how long someone has worked with us.
