Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your time at CONTEXT so far. Our contractor positions are set up as a standard B2B contract in most cases, which provide the flexibility of a self-employed setup and therefore individuals are paid for the hours they work and can negotiate time off or take sick days when needed. We have added a few extra benefits, such as paid wellbeing and service days, to support our contractors, and will continue to look into ways we can support you whilst on this particular contract.
