- friendly environment to work in - they care about employees satisfaction - they organise all kind of events for the employees that are really nice and fun - they look for ways to help you achieve your career goals within the company - they offer you training in areas that would help you do your job better - they care about your well-being (gym discount, etc.) - multicultural company - number of females and males is balanced

Cons

- salaries are not in line with the market yet but still it's worth working here

Pros

People are nice. Work is manageable. CEOs really try and make everyone’s time more comfortable. Great place to learn new skills at your own pace. Weekly updates on company and companies plans, keeps employees in the loop. Overall good place to work

Cons

Pay is lower than average. Causes people to leave. No incentive to work harder
