This plants morale is at rock bottom. Positive employee morale is usually exhibited by confidence, discipline and willingness to perform. High morale in the work place is essential to success and is mostly influenced from the top down rather than from the bottom up.
Managers that create low morale in employees do so from a top-down command and control mode, which implies that employees’ do the listening and managers need not reciprocate. There is a gap at this plant in addressing the real problems, thus further exacerbate them.
