      Pros

      Good 401K Match. There are some good people working here.

      Cons

      Company still thinks of itself as an heavy duty vehicle manufacture. It does not understand that electronics are the future of farming and construction. There are very little processes and upper management takes a very long time to make simple decisions. There are no annual merit increases. People have not gotten raises in 7 years. The annual review process is outdated and considered obsolete by mainstream corporate America.

      Pros

      There are not many pros to working here. The money is ok, considering the pay in the rest of the community. The health insurance is good and the price is very reasonable.

      Cons

      Management thinks they own you. Normal work hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm but they will make you work 7 days a week if it suits their needs. It's very common to have to work 11 hours per day. It takes 8 years to earn vacation that you can use when YOU want. Provided they approve it. Very tough to get time off. Even for doc or dentist appointments. Very condescending and disrespectful supervisors and management.

      Corporate Corporate Corporate. Typical Corporate job. Depending on department, be prepared for below average management. Salary below industry standards. Company says it cares about employees and sends out tons of propaganda to make them feel they are doing something, but in the end, it is hardly any help.
