      Decent pay Great coworkers Fun interaction with people all over the world Cool technology Paid parking Honestly there is more cons than pro, but the job isn't horrendous just watch for the management

      Management Long/Odd hours Communication Broken promises Unnecessarily long training Made up rules I could go on for days it's just management is the biggest issue and if hurts you directly

      Pros

      Co workers, biometric innovation, cut the first layer out of TSA check, commission + base, free shoes after 90 days, free clear membership (usually $179/yr)

      Cons

      Haven't set up a standardized training nationally (training is done by people from totally different airports which confuses new people because not all procedures apply everywhere), shoes are specific Nike's but have giant logo but they don't let you wear similar black tennis shoes with smaller logos, salary still is small in comparison to how much work you actually have to do in conjunction with TSA/DHS rules in the airport, convoluted processes and was hired for a totally different position but was told if I want the job I was hired for I'd have to wait to be promoted (didn't have anything to do with tech knowledge-I'm not a sales person). High turnover because you will be on your feet 8hrs, micromanaged and potentially receive little to no autonomy.

      Interesting job, benefits not worth it

      Pros

      Working in an airport was exciting. Company had good breakroom things like free coffee and snacks to keep you energized.

      Cons

      Health benefits were too expensive for families and no raises we're given. You had to sell the program to get paid good.
