      you can telework. the trade off is you will work 80 hour weeks

      Cons

      Toxic environment. don't expect raises or work life balance. CEO and HR Leadership are the biggest offenders. They've taken one of the best firms and drove it into the ground

      Flexible office schedule, coworkers are great.

      Leadership is a joke. They try to shove the same old "culture" stuff that used to apply down our throats, even as they peel benefits and perks.

      CH2M Has Lost its Way

      Pros

      CH2M has some great people and provides the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects.

      Cons

      This company has completely lost its way. For years it was a solid, employee owned company. But over the last few years it has changed course multiple times in an effort to line the pockets of its top executives. The first attempt, which involved expanding into high risk types of projects, completely backfired and resulted in huge cutbacks and layoffs in 2014, although the outgoing CEO, who orchestrated the debacle, was handsomely rewarded. Now it's all about preparing for future executive windfalls by reorganizing, again at the expense of employees, by sending hundreds of jobs to Poland. Many senior, longtime CH2M employees are fleeing this company and its easy to see why. Beware.
