      Pros

      CGI Federal is a flexible company that is respectful of its members' work-life balance. Management is very transparent with respect to its business philosophy and goals.

      Cons

      Knowledge distribution is somewhat unbalanced. Members who work observably harder don't seem to be compensated for it. CGI Federal is quite laid back most of the time (I suppose that could be a "pro" reason for some). There is no such thing as on-the-job training. There is little opportunity for growth, unless of course you work there for 25 years. Compensation is probably a bit under average.

      Pretty flexible in terms of working remotely (some teams more than others), nice gym, social club, flexible work schedule (core hours).

      Cons

      Poor career development, hard to progress with professional development (especially when not in the Fairfax office), lack of training opportunities.
