      1. Good people 2. OK facilities 3. Clean office 4. Good compensation 5. Nice event organization 6. HR and Admin staff is good.

      1. Not very good building structure 2. If your project is not good, you are ruined 3. Client can govern you more than your manager 4. Canteen is big let down

      Incompetent Senior Leaders, Wrong business model, No projects to survive

      If you are creative, then you can find your way towards growth. Working here makes you more communicative and is good.

      Cons

      No stability, no projects, poor revenue, no proper training, working with incompetent senior managers and leaders. This company at Germany has one of the most incompetent, unsuccessful marketing managers who never win any projects and only give excuses.
